Cyclosporiasis in USA

As of 18 July 2026, over 1,644 confirmed cases of Cyclospora have been reported in a multistate outbreak since 1 May 2026. An additional 5,100 cases are under investigation. Cases have been linked to contaminated shredded iceberg lettuce.
